Position: Oracle Fusion Payroll & Benefits Techno-Functional Lead
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Fusion Payroll & Benefits Techno-Functional Lead based in the UK (Hybrid). This permanent role is perfect for professionals with a blend of technical and functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

What You’ll Do:

● Provide L2/L3 support for UK Payroll, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.

● Manage end-to-end UK payroll cycles, including validations, calculations, auditing, payment processing, and reconciliation.

● Handle UK statutory payroll processes such as RTI submissions, statutory payments (SMP, SSP, etc.), and pensions auto-enrolment.

● Analyze and resolve payroll issues related to elements, balances, fast formulas, and costing integration.

● Conduct quarterly update impact analysis and regression testing for UK statutory changes.

● Collaborate with business teams to document requirements, configurations, and testing.

What We’re Looking For:

● Strong knowledge of UK-specific statutory payroll rules (PAYE, NI categories, RTI submissions).

● Expertise in Payroll configuration, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL/HSDL.

● Experience supporting payroll cycles in a production environment with SLAs.

● Ability to handle Fusion quarterly statutory updates with confidence.
