Job DescriptionWe’re looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of data‑driven experiences using Adobe’s Real‑Time CDP and Journey Optimiser. In this pivotal role you’ll translate business needs into scalable AEP solutions, mentor others, and drive continuous improvement across our AEP delivery.
Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end implementation and optimisation of Adobe Experience Platform solutions, including Real‑Time CDP and Adobe Journey Optimiser
- Translate business requirements into scalable, actionable AEP use cases
- Design and manage XDM schemas, datasets, merge policies and identity configurations to enable accurate data capture and segmentation
- Integrate AEP with external systems using APIs and other methods to ensure performance, scalability and efficiency
- Monitor and optimise data flows through testing, analytics and performance tuning
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders—challenging, guiding and aligning technical delivery with business goals
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers to grow internal expertise
- Define and document processes, standards and QA frameworks to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery
- Stay ahead of Adobe’s evolving roadmap and best practices to drive innovation and value
- Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform:
Proven hands‑on experience with Real‑Time CDP, Journey Optimiser, and translating Adobe Campaign Classic into AEP solutions - Data architecture and integration:
Strong grasp of XDM schemas, identity services, APIs and data governance, with proficiency in SQL and platforms like Snowflake - Stakeholder and team leadership:
Skilled in managing expectations, influencing decisions and mentoring team members - Process and quality excellence:
Experience defining documentation standards, QA frameworks and scalable processes for digital marketing and data projects - Agile delivery:
Comfortable working in agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence to drive collaboration and efficiency
