4 days ago Requisition

At Klipboard we've introduced a flexible hybrid work policy, where employees spend three days in the office and two days working from home. This approach promotes a balanced work environment that combines office collaboration with the comfort and convenience of remote work.

Our Mission

At Klipboard (formerly Kerridge Commercial Systems), we’re redefining ERP for the automotive aftermarket. Our mission is to deliver high performance, integrated solutions that help customers source effectively, stock efficiently, sell profitably, and service competitively. We’re entering an exciting phase introducing agentic AI capabilities to make our solutions smarter, more adaptive, and future ready.

The Role

As Product Manager (Automotive), you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of market leading solutions for the automotive aftermarket supply chain. Autopart powers parts distribution, inventory control, POS, and accounting, and integrates with Autocat and ecommerce (B2B & B2C) to enable seamless digital trading.

This role suits someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, delivery leadership, and customer value, with an appreciation for the automotive aftermarket and ecommerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities What You’ll Do
  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision, leveraging AI and automation.
  • Identify opportunities in aftermarket workflows such as supply chain optimisation, ecommerce, and data insights.
  • Collaborate with product teams to prioritise a roadmap spanning multiple squads.
  • Manage backlogs across teams, balancing features, maintenance, technical debt, and security.
  • Sequence work to maximise value and adapt to changing priorities.
User Stories & Quality
  • Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria covering functional, technical, and security needs.
  • Work with development and QA on test plans and release readiness.
Agile Delivery & Leadership
  • Facilitate estimation sessions and plan balanced sprints.
  • Monitor progress, remove blockers, and uphold quality and timelines.
  • Foster transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Provide updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Engage customers and GTM teams to validate priorities and align releases.
Compliance & Security
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and standards-based integrations.
  • Balance feature delivery with security hardening and platform resilience.
Data-Driven Decisions
  • Use product and agile metrics to guide priorities and measure impact.
  • Experiment, learn fast, and iterate for high-impact outcomes.
People & Culture
  • Coach and support team members; share best practices.
  • Act as a Klipboard Business Champion and contribute to an inclusive culture.
How You Work

You’re a proactive, collaborative product leader who:

  • Prioritises effectively, takes ownership, and drives change.
  • Communicates clearly and builds strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Champions compliance, quality, and technical excellence.
  • Brings commercial awareness, UX understanding, and product management expertise.
  • Values people, fosters growth, and acts as a Klipboard ambassador.
