Description
Summary:
- Responsible for establishing and overseeing the operating model and governance methodology for a comprehensive program to identify, assess, monitor, control and manage technical recovery risk for all IT and Business-supported applications enterprise wide. Lead our Technical Recovery and Business Continuity planning functions to minimize any disruption to our customers and colleagues should any impacting event arise.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans
Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses
Coordinate incident response and crisis management activities
Ensure organizational compliance with resiliency standards and regulations
Oversee training and awareness programs for business continuity
Monitor and test recovery procedures and plans regularly
Collaborate with departments to ensure integration of resiliency into business processes
Lead the development and maintenance of continuity policies and procedures
Provide leadership during real-time incident management and recovery efforts
Prepare and present enterprise resiliency reports to senior management
Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of related experience
Excellent client management skills
Ability to make swift, data driven decisions
Technology-enabled innovation experience
Preferred Qualifications:
15+ years of related experience
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Ability to resolve issues and drive performance
Skilled in articulating and interacting with both technical and non-technical leaders
Experience with cloud architecture and adoption
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Goal-oriented
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical ability
Resourceful
Effectively manages stress in a constantly changing environment
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
