ERP Analyst; Remote

• Assist users with support requests and information regarding the ERP application
• Validate vendor patches and upgrades to the ERP environment
• Develop training materials and select appropriate instructional methods
• Create process and technical documentation for new and existing processes
• Communicate effectively with internal clients at all levels

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with ERP or financial reporting systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree

• Experience in application leadership and user training development
• Familiarity with process documentation and project team participation
