• Gather and understand requirements from various Business Units to standardize functionalities across the organization
• Collaborate with Business Units to align quality processes and promote system standardization
• Configure and manage SAP systems to effectively support quality processes
• Support the creation and execution of test scenarios and scripts during the testing phase
• Mentor less experienced team members in specific areas of the Plan to Sustain business process hierarchy

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with minimum 5 years of experience, or 12 years of relevant experience in absence of a degree
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience configuring and supporting SAP ERP with integration of MES/Supplier portal
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Strong experience in SAP module integration, particularly with Logistics, Production Execution, and Order‑to‑Cash processes
• Ability to travel 25‑35%

• Experience working on large, complex Aerospace and Defense enterprise projects
• Familiarity with agile frameworks or iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects
