Looking for a senior Solutions Consultant with retail sector solutions experience for a pre-sales solutions consultancy role for a suite of workforce management based solutions for the retail industry. International software company, expanding in the UK and EMEA. As a subject matter expert you will partner with sales, product and marketing teams to deliver compelling solution narratives spanning labour planning, scheduling, forecasting, budgeting, Time and Attendance WFM Task execution and fresh operations.

Home based anywhere in the UK though ideally close to a major city like London, Manchester or Birmingham. Must be willing to travel in the UK and possibly in Europe (45% to 60%). Flexible package based around £100k base plus OTE and benefits.

You will have:

substantial pre-sales / solutions consultancy experience OR retail operations expertise coupled with exposure to technology solutions familiarity with retail solutions including some of the following : labour planning, forecasting, scheduling, T&A, bud getting, workforce management, workforce optimisation, task management and store execution superb communication skills, able to run client meetings and discovery workshops to identify pain points, quantify value and shape solutions design strong skills in architecting solutions, storytelling, and creating and delivering compelling demonstrations and presentations, proofs of concept and value assessments proven ability to translate operational challenges into measurable business outcomes enabled by technology ability to collaborate effectively with sales people, partners, product teams, developers and marketing Hands on retail or grocery experience such as store operations, task management, scheduling or fresh operations is highly valued.

In this role you will: work directly with leading retailers partner with sales teams to position the workforce optimisation suite in customer conversations, workshops and RFPs deliver tailored product presentations, proofs of concept and value assessments to leading retailers focussed on labour planning, scheduling and task execution translate customer business requirements and objectives into solutions recommendations contribute operational and market insights to product management to shape the roadmap represent the company at conferences, webinars and exhibitions as trusted advisor influence the next generation of retail workforce optimisation
