We set up Rockstar Recruiting in 2016 and have focused on Deep Tech Recruiting in areas like Web3, AI & Robotics ever since.

Our clients are Swiss, European & US start-ups / scale-ups that are looking for outstanding niche talent.

Organically, we have been growing into Executive Recruiting for tech companies ("techxecutive") and are keen to expand our internal team with experienced colleagues.

Tasks

• Work on executive search mandates for our deep tech clients.
• Be the single-point of contact for your candidates.
• Help us grow our "techxecutive by Rockstar Recruiting" brand.

Requirements

• Search, find & place executive talents for high-growth technology companies.
• Attend and maybe even organize relevant community events.
• Gather experience working in an international, decentralized team.
• Have an academic background.
• Possess entrepreneurial experience.
• Enjoy working autonomously and with little guidance.
• Experience with a B2B setup.
