Sustainability Lead - UX Design - SAP Fiori Specialist

We are looking for an experienced UX professional who bridges the gap between business needs and user experience. In this role, سين you will be responsible for understanding business objectives and user requirements, conducting research, and translating insights into actionable design solutions that enhance product usability and customer satisfaction. Ideally experience within UX/ UI Design using Figma or Miro prototyping skills, SAP Fiori life cycles and an interest in sustainability.

Children's will also be accountable for supporting design initiatives across the organization, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring that design solutions and product quality align with the overall product vision and strategy.

• UX potencial: Strong experience with research methodologies such as interviews, surveys, radion, and usability testing.
• UX Design: Solid experience with SAP / Fiori design principles and relevant design tools (e.g. boards).
• Business Analytical skills : experience with FIGMA or MIRO prototyping tools

  Ability to analyse research data and usability test results and translate findings into actionable insights.

• Sustainability & Procurement: Understanding of sustainability principles and their integration into business processes, particularly within procurement and design.
