- Design, plan, and execute data and document migrations with expertise in File Net systems, SharePoint Online and Power Automate.
- Create and automate migration processes using scripting tools like Power Automate, C#, and other relevant utilities to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Analyze data in legacy File Net formats, define data mapping, and develop procedures with SharePoint environment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex migration-related issues quickly to ensure smooth transitions and provide post-migration support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users to capture requirements, provide guidance, and ensure the delivered solution aligns with business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a document or data migration specialist, with experience in a professional services firm preferred.
- Strong experience with IBM File Net for data extraction and analysis.
- Expertise in Microsoft SharePoint (Online and/or on-premises).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
