Digital Marketing Executive

We focus on providing MSPs with fundamental tools and technology they need to manage Microsoft Security policies for multiple tenants in a simple and effective way. About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, ideally with a focus on digital campaigns. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day marketing activities such as social media posts, email and marketing campaigns, website updates, and managing digital ads across platforms. You’ll also provide support in event coordination and marketing administration.

What you’ll be doing

Managing (but not hosting) customer and prospect facing webinars including:

  • Setting up webinar events in Microsoft Teams Webinars
  • Managing internal communications about upcoming webinars, including managing the webinar calendar and ensuring relevant teams are informed and up to date
  • Creating, building, and scheduling promotional email campaigns for webinars
  • Creating social media content to promote prospect-facing webinars

Planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms, predominantly for the company’s Linked In and You Tube pages:

  • Feeding into the wider social media strategy, with support from our Content Marketing Manager, to build brand awareness

Supporting wider marketing campaigns by:

  • Writing short form content including blogs and case studies
  • Building email marketing campaigns
  • Creating landing pages
  • Updating and maintaining website content (Hub Spot CMS Website) to ensure it is up-to-date and relevant
  • Creating short form video content
  • Supporting the Events Team with any copywriting requests (e.g. for event collateral such as banners)
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with broader company goals

Skills We Need for This Role
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a digital marketing focused role
  • Proficient Hub Spot Experience
  • Strong copywriting ability with a keen willingness to learn about the Managed Services industry
  • Social media (Linked In) strategy management and content creation experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
