Senior Solution Architect - REMOTE

Accountabilities Create awareness of Managed Print/Device Services offerings.

Assess customer’s business and technical needs related to their printing environment.

Develop Services & Solutions scope and design using portfolio components.

Architect end-to-end solutions to address customer requirements effectively.

Document deal assumptions, costing, pricing, and contractual documents.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.

Advance opportunities using consultative selling techniques to build customer loyalty.

Maintain excellent communications with customer’s executive management.

Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree.
5+ years of experience in technical or consultative selling.

Experience in industry desired.

Experience working in a virtual team environment.

Fluent English;
German language knowledge is advantageous.

Strong communication and influencing skills.

Ability to lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Excellent understanding of product portfolio and internal processes.
