- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests from faculty and staff via emails, calls, and tickets
- Provide timely assistance to end users with hardware and software issues, ensuring professional resolution of support requests
- Maintain and troubleshoot various hardware and software platforms, including laptops, mobile devices, and printers
- Collaborate with higher-tier support staff to efficiently resolve complex technical issues
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and participate in departmental or cross-functional projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Two to five years of experience in end user or systems support, including use of ITSM and remote management tools
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Apple operating systems
- Familiarity with IT best practices
- Previous involvement in technical team meetings or project initiatives
