• Triage incoming Absence tickets to confirm scope, accuracy, and ownership
• Provide initial estimates and validate efforts to set realistic client expectations
• Mentor and coach team members, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for complex client issues and oversee critical tickets
• Develop and deliver thought leadership content to support AMS clients

• Active Workday Certification in Workday Absence
• 5+ years of experience as a certified Workday consultant at the subject matter expert level
• 5+ years of post-production support experience for Workday Absence
• Proven mentoring and coaching abilities with experience as an SME or escalation point
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to connect tactical AMS delivery with broader HR/technology transformation initiatives
• Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration in client-facing situations
