Senior Commercial Insurance Analyst - Remote

• Perform complex data analysis for commercial insurance aligned with overall business objectives
• Conduct various analyses, including root cause, cost-benefit, performance tracking, and forecasting
• Consult with client groups to identify business needs and prepare findings for senior leaders
• Collaborate with IT partners on business definitions and user acceptance testing
• Create and maintain key business intelligence artifacts, ensuring accuracy and reliability

• Minimum of 6 years of directly related analytical experience in a commercial insurance or similar industry
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent
• Superior research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to make effective presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau

• Advanced degree in a related field and/or CPCU designation
• Commercial insurance experience
• Working knowledge of R or Python
• Experience with automating repetitive tasks
• Leadership and mentoring experience
