• Research, design, implement, and manage Marketing Cloud solutions
• Develop data model structures, data flows, formulas, and workflow automation
• Create solution documents, requirement documents, and discovery documents for review
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
• Coordinate and communicate with an international team of project resources

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
• Experience in the development and management of marketing and communication campaign automation
• Ability to evaluate analytics and reporting for marketing decision‑making
• Strong oral and written English communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects/clients and deadlines

• Knowledge of both B2B and B2C marketing and communication strategies
• Experience in social channel management as part of a larger marketing strategy
• Adaptability to changing environments
