As a Remote Freelance Talent Sourcer
, you’ll be assigned live IT vacancies and receive a curated list of potential candidates through our AI‑driven ATS. Your mission?
Engage, convince, and convert candidates for the roles at hand.

You’ll work on profiles such as:

• Software Engineers (Backend / Fullstack / Cloud)
• Dev Ops Specialists (CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform, Azure)
• Data Engineers (ETL, Big Data, Python, Spark)
• Security Consultants (Risk, Compliance, Cloud Security, Pentesting)

Use any outreach method that fits your style:
Linked In messaging, video outreach, voice notes, or direct calls
