You will primarily work with GPTBlue, our dedicated Agentic-AI development system, Blue Callom MAKE, and several AI tools. You will collaborate with system engineers and other AI Application developers.

• Building agents and multi-agent cluster networks for enterprise-wide AI solutions.
• Consistently deliver solutions that scale.
• Building advanced autonomous technologies in the agentic realm.
• Build and leverage non-linear process functionalities.
• Maximize results, leveraging OpenAI, Weaviant, Perplexity, and other tools.
• Leverage our ‘Prompt-over-Code’ method. PoC is not a no-code system, but a process hierarchy. Prompts lead the process, and function calls include the necessary execution code.
• Model development, genetic computing, synaptic agent connections, and more.
• Continuously expand your technological knowledge into neuroscience to better understand the vastness of the human brain and some rudimentary functions of human interaction.

• 1+ years of experience with Agentic AI development
• You have the common sense to identify the risks and opportunities associated with our work, as we are working in a space that has not been explored yet.
• Collaborate with other top experts and expert communities in the field
• Live long learning qualities, such as continuously enhancing your relevant experience levels.
• A degree in data science, computer science, or neuro linguistics is a plus.

• Working experience with Generative-AI incl. LLMs, GPT-01, GPT-5 and APIs.
• Experience in writing function calls and Lang Chain applications.
• You need to have experience with Python or Cold Fusion programming.
• Experience with model fine-tuning and OpenAI Embeddings.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), like Whisper, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
