Role Overview- Enterprise Intelligence:
Lead sensing and analysis of macro forces across regulation, infrastructure, ecosystems, and geopolitics. Translate these signals into strategic implications and recommendations through standard work. - Customer, Regulator, and Ecosystem Voice:
Establish an intelligence pole & network, leveraging regional initiatives and relationships. Build the playbook, process, and cadence to translate ecosystem insight and voice of customer into enterprise intelligence and strategy inputs. - Partnership & Ecosystem Engagement:
Build and manage senior relationships across governments, regulators, air navigation services providers, airports, equipment manufacturers, and innovation hubs. Serve as the strategic interface for relationships internally and externally. - Regional Initiatives:
Lead GE Aerospace’s participation in regionally focused innovation initiatives to generate, standardize, and maximize globally reusable data, standards, and insights. - Cross-Business Integration:
Originate external opportunities to drive business unit alignment and supply structured inputs to intelligence teams. - Enterprise Impact & Execution Enablement:
Shape multi-year collaboration frameworks and create a platform that accelerates adoption of next‑generation technologies across regions.
The ideal candidate is a clear, concise communicator (written and oral) with a strong internal and external network of aerospace thought leaders across multiple countries; self‑motivated to execute and problem‑solve whitespace requests; and capable of driving organizational change through collaboration and influencing.
Required Qualifications- Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in Engineering, Economics, Data Science/Analytics, or a STEM‑related field of study. Fluent in English. - Experience Requirement:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in economics, strategy, consulting, analytics, or related fields. Experience in aerospace and the Asia‑Pacific region. - Location & Travel Requirement:
Our preferred work location for this role is in Singapore, South Korea, Japan, or India. However, if a candidate requires a remote working arrangement, the hiring team can be flexible to accommodate a working arrangement as long as the candidate agrees to work flexible hours for key meetings and is open to travel up to 40%, including onsite training in Evendale, Ohio, USA.
- Builds and maintains a broad network with aerospace thought leaders to inform strategy and decisions; well established relationships at multiple levels throughout the aerospace ecosystem.
