• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• At least 5 years of business analysis experience in Participation Banking or the Fintech sector, preferably with experience in digital banking projects
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and prioritization skills
• Capability to shape projects by understanding customer needs
• High learning agility:

• Ability to communicate clearly, openly, and understandably, and to build effective and professional relationships with stakeholders
• Solution‑oriented mindset and ability to work well in a team
• Ability to identify issues early and produce sound, practical solutions
