• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in web and mobile application development.
• Experience with high volume platforms and integrations.
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirement, preparing user acceptance test cases documents, making Wireframes, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Blue Prints.
• Able to create complex technical and functional user documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and planning skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Basic experience in UML modeling language.
• Previous experience of working in an agile environment and using recognized development methodology; e.g., Agile, SCRUM, and KANBAN.
• E-commerce and B2C applications is a plus.
• Previous experience with proxy test tools is a plus.
• CBAP certificate is a plus.
• Being familiar with ITIL and Project Management principles is a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Good command in English.

• For web and mobile application development, defines detailed business requirements, designs solutions based on usability and accessibility, writes business and technical analysis documents, and reviews written test cases.
• Meets with internal customers to discuss the needs and translate them into specific requirements and subsequent project objectives
• Consulting and improving business processes regarding business needs in consideration with value-added new technologies
• Being responsible for key user
• Leading and/or participating in IT projects to ensure adherence to goals and line of business needs
• Planning & designing business process tests and usability evaluations
