Analytical Marketing Executive

• Analyze all mass and targeted CRM & marketing activities to assess effectiveness and optimize strategies,
• Carry out simulations forboth commercial and marketing marketing campaigns and share insights to enhance performance,
• Coordinate with global teams to implement machine learning and data science projects locally,
• Develop machine learning models to predict customer behavior and support marketing efforts,
• Draw insights from commercial and marketing activities to improve campaign dynamics and refine strategies,
• Advise on customer segmentation such asRFM and contribute to improving business processes,
• Manage dashboards and create new tools to improve the tracking and visibility of KPI,
• Provide consultancy to various departments on analytical topics.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related quantitative field,
• 2+ years of experience with data analytics, data visualization and reporting in a fast paced environment (Retail experience is a plus),
• Proficiency in SQL - able to write structured and efficient queries on large data sets,
• Proficiency in BI and data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker Studio) with data platforms like Google Big Query,
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand data and identify relationships between data sets,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office,
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities using data,
• Organized, proactive, and focused on achieving success through teamwork,
• A genuine interest in digital disciplines and stay up to date on trends.

Head Office Working Model is Hybrid in METRO. We're working remotely on Fridays. You can work from anywhere on that day.
