About TanagramTanagram’s mission is to accelerate agentic coding.
We extract engineering learnings buried in real codebases, PRs, code reviews, incident post-mortems, and Slack conversations, turn them into real-time guardrails for coding agents, and enforce them in PRs — helping teams ship faster while avoiding catastrophic mistakes.
We’re building a small, diverse team of meticulous, high-agency people who care deeply about making software development faster, safer, and more reliable — and who can speak credibly to engineers because they’ve been in the work themselves.
About This RoleThis is a highly technical GTM role — not traditional marketing.
It’s a hybrid between:
- Technical GTM / Product Marketing (PMM)
- Developer-adjacent operator
- Early-stage growth strategist
This is not:
- A BDR role
- A social media role
- A pure Dev Rel role
You will own a meaningful slice of GTM from 0 → 1, with real product and narrative responsibility.
This role can grow into Head of GTM or Head of Product Marketing
.
