• Create and develop Power BI reports and dashboards that meet business requirements.
• Model data, write DAX queries and optimize report performance.
• Design and implement ETL processes for data transformation and loading.
• Integrate data from SQL databases, Excel files, cloud services and ERP/CRM systems.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to provide effective reporting and analysis.
• Maintain and optimize existing BI solutions for performance and scalability.
• Work on data migration and system migration, for example migrating reports from Tableau or Qlik to Power BI.
• Build and develop data warehouses, e.g. Snowflake, model and integrate data.
• Advise on best BI practices and support clients in making informed data-driven decisions.

• At least 3 years of experience creating Power‑BI reports, dashboards and data models.
• Proficiency in DAX and Power Query.
• Ability to design optimal reporting structures and model data.
• Hands‑on experience working with SQL databases: writing queries, optimizing them and integrating data.
• Understanding of ETL processes and practical experience transforming and combining data from multiple sources.
• Strong business sense to translate needs into concrete analytical solutions.
• English at least B2 level.

• Experience with BI tool migration (Tableau, Qlik) to Power BI.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Snowflake.
