** What you’ll do
*** You will report to the
** Manager:
Regional Desktop Operations
*** Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop systems
* Maintain passwords, data integrity and file system security
* Troubleshoot issues across
** Windows 11, Apple and virtual operating systems
*** Track and manage
** hardware and software inventory
*** Support users with MS Office tools installation and troubleshooting
* You will be part of the
** 2026 Graduate Programme**, which runs for
** 12 months
*** This role is
** based in the Cape Town/ Centurion offices**, with a minimum of
** 3 days per week in-office*
* ** You should have

* BSc Degree/ Diploma in Information Technology
* CompTIA A+, MD-100 / MD-101, or JAMF certification (preferred)
* Understanding of deployment tools such as SCCM
* Understanding of networking (wired, wireless and VPN)
* In-depth knowledge of PC and laptop hardware, peripherals, printers and mobile devices
* Proficiency in English in a business environment
* A valid South African Identity Document
