ResponsibilitiesJob Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Engineer with a robust background in Dev Ops methodologies and tools to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Linux environments and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, particularly in CI/CD processes. This role demands a proactive problem solver capable of managing multiple projects and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, and associated Dev Ops tooling (including image signing, image scanning, Checkmarx).
- Utilize Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for project management and documentation.
- Develop and maintain shared libraries and Pipeline as Code strategies.
- Implement Git Ops principles for streamlined operations and deployment processes.
- Conduct scripting and automation using Groovy, and maintain logging stacks using ELK/Splunk.
- Manage Helm charts and ArgoCD for Kubernetes deployments.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Engage in capacity planning and resource management to optimize performance.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a technology engineering or Dev Ops role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven real-time experience with Linux and various Dev Ops tools including Sonar Qube, Nexus, and Nexus IQ.
- Strong hands-on experience with Git Hub Actions and Git Ops principles.
- Proficiency in Groovy scripting and familiarity with logging solutions like ELK and Splunk.
- Expertise in Helm charts and ArgoCD.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience in vendor management, capacity planning, and resource management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building business relationships.
