As a QA Lead in a startup environment, you will be hands-on and directly impact product quality from day one. You will lead testing efforts, build automation foundations, and mentor team members while working closely with Product and Engineering in a fast-changing environment.

• Lead testing and quality efforts for one or more product areas,
• Define and execute pragmatic test and regression strategies,
• Build and maintain automation frameworks from the ground up,
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and resolve pipeline failures,
• Identify quality risks early and act quickly to unblock releases,
• Mentor and guide QA team members in testing and automation best practices,
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering on scope and release readiness.

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Test Automation,
• Proven experience leading and mentoring QA or cross-functional team members,
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, Jenkins, or similar tools,
• Proficiency in Python or Java,
• Solid understanding of Agile testing practices,
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments,
