What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end delivery for a new product initiative: shape milestones, scope, and execution while balancing speed, quality, and long-term scalability.
Build and ship full-stack features hands-on, partnering closely with Product and Design to turn user problems into simple, reliable solutions.
Own technical decision-making: architecture, code quality, testing strategy, performance, security, and observability.
Drive strong engineering practices: code reviews, CI / CD, release hygiene, and “production-first” standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to integrate shared platform capabilities and unblock dependencies.
Mentor and raise the bar for the team: coaching, feedback, hiring support, and creating a high-ownership culture.
Establish product-minded routines with the PM: discovery support, KPI thinking, iterative experimentation, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years building and shipping in high-growth product companies, with significant ownership on production systems.
Strong full-stack experience with our core stack (React + Python), and a track record of delivering user-facing products end-to-end.
Hands‑on technical leadership: you still write code, unblock the team in the codebase, and lead by example.
Proven ability to drive a team to high performance: setting direction, raising standards, coaching, and creating a strong execution culture.
Proven ability to lead technical execution: scoping, prioritization, trade-offs, and dependable delivery in fast-moving environments.

High product sense: customer‑first mindset and comfort partnering with PM / Design on discovery and iteration.
Solid foundations in software engineering: architecture, testing, performance, reliability, and operational excellence.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with humility and a collaborative mindset.
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment—we move fast.
Native Italian speaker; fluency in English.

Compensation and Benefits
Annual Salary Range: €70,000 – €110,000
