At Poka, we’re transforming how frontline teams operate, learn, and solve problems. Our connected worker platform is purpose‑built for manufacturing, empowering frontline workers to share knowledge, collaborate in real‑time, and drive continuous improvement. Think of it as the missing digital link, bringing the human interface into the stack of the Smart Factory, generating the right data and insights that drive entirely new scales of process improvements.

We’re proud to support global leaders like Nestlé, Bosch, Mars and Danone in their digital transformation journeys, and as part of the IFS family our reach and impact continue to grow globally.

Are you the kind of creator who lives on Linked In, experiments with the newest AI tools and gets genuinely excited about turning ideas into scroll‑stopping content? We’re looking for an AI‑first content creator who wants to build, grow and energise Poka’s digital presence. This is a hands‑on execution role where you’ll turn strategy into powerful content.

Responsibilities
  • Making Linked In your playground: publishing high‑performance posts, carousels, hooks, thought‑leadership riffs and short videos tailored to what works right now.
  • Owning our blog execution: transforming strategy into SEO‑friendly, high‑value articles aligned with campaigns and brand messaging.
  • Building a consistent content rhythm that attracts, educates and converts.
  • Using the latest AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity & more) to spark ideas, research and write faster, repurpose intelligently and optimise everything.
  • Turning internal insights from SMEs into compelling narratives.
  • Monitoring performance and refining content based on analytics.
  • Executing and managing a multilingual content calendar (EN/FR/DE).
  • Trying new ideas, breaking patterns, pushing our content into “this feels fresh” territory.
Qualifications
  • 3‑5 years in content, digital marketing or social – especially with Linked In.
  • Strong editorial planning and project management skills.
  • AI‑native creator
    :
You naturally use AI as part of your daily workflow.
  • Storytelling instincts
    :
You know how to spark curiosity and simplify complex ideas.
  • Hands‑on design skills in Canva (Figma is a bonus).
  • Strong understanding of Linked In best practices, especially for B2B engagement.
  • Solid grasp of SEO, keyword strategy and blog performance fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with tools like Brightedge, Hub Spot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and social schedulers.
  • Full professional fluency in English (you can craft clean, punchy, high‑quality content in both). Proficiency in French is an asset.
Benefits
  • Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
  • A generous vacation policy starting on your first day.
  • Hybrid work policy – work from the office one day a week if you live within a 40 km radius to our Quebec City office or a 15 km radius to our Montreal office.
  • 100 % remote work if you do not live within the mentioned radiuses.
  • A truly flexible schedule that allows you to adapt your work hours.
  • Group insurance from day one (dental, medication, disability, travel, etc.) with employer contributions, including access to telemedicine and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • A retirement savings plan with employer contributions.
  • A Mac Book Pro and a $500 home office allowance upon hiring.
  • Tasty snacks available at all times in our offices (fresh fruits, snacks, pastries, coffee, tea, etc.).
  • Generous referral bonus.
  • The tools, support and opportunities you need to keep learning and progressing in your career.
  • Certain benefits are exclusively accessible to employees in Canada.

Please note:
