• Assist in the development of technical manuals updates, including writing, editing, and proofreading
• Create and modify technical diagrams using tools such as Visio or Microsoft Power Point
• Develop new style sheets, documentation, and graphics, as well as update existing materials
• Establish and maintain working relationships with the ASC team responsible for system upgrades
• Translate complex technical information into user-friendly documentation

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing large-scale technical changes under tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and manage schedules to meet targets
• Working knowledge of Camtasia and Snag It (Tech Smith tools)
• Ability to review and provide editorial feedback on team members' content

• Experience developing and testing written procedures in a lab environment
• Strong ability to gather information for technical documentation from various sources
