Service Now Solutions Architect Lead – remote based - £90,000 to £100,000

Global organisation are looking to add a Service Now Solutions Architect Lead to their team. You’ll be the go-to lead authority for Service Now architecture, working closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimise enterprise-scale Service Now solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the design and architecture of Service Now solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB

* Translate business requirements into technical designs aligned with best practices.

* Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, from proof-of-concept to production deployment.

* Define and maintain architectural standards, integration patterns, and governance processes.

* Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business analysts to ensure cohesive, scalable solutions.

* Stay current with Service Now capabilities and roadmap, advising on adoption of new features.

Skills & Experience Required

* Proven experience as a Service Now Architect.

* Deep technical knowledge of Service Now platform capabilities, configuration, and scripting.

* Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.

* Experience in integrating Service Now with external systems using APIs, MID Servers, and web services.
