What you can expect
As a Senior AI Specialist, you are the field-facing expert on Zoom’s AI platform—especially AI Companion and Custom AI Companion. This role partners with sales and solution teams to identify high-impact AI use cases and designs outcome-focused, production-ready workflows. You also lead customer workshops, proofs of value, and executive briefings that move opportunities from interest to execution. Additionally, you communicate Zoom’s AI strategy and agentic framework, creates field-ready assets centered on business outcomes, and provides structured feedback to Product and Engineering.

What we’re looking for- 4+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or AI consulting with enterprise customers.
- Demonstrate effective grasp of GenAI (LLMs, RAG, agentic AI) and how to embed AI in business workflows.
- Have advanced prompt engineering skills and knowledge. Understanding how different frontier models behave including Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, NVidia, Meta.
- Show market and commercial awareness of AI Knowledge Management systems (i.e. Glean, Amazon Q, Microsoft, Coveo)
- Present and facilitate effectively, simplifying complex technical concepts for senior business and IT audiences.
- Be able to collaboration with sales, marketing, and product; comfortable leading through influence.
- Show hands‑on prototyping (Python, Cursor, etc), experience with Salesforce/Service Now/Jira, familiarity with cloud AI services (a bonus).
