This position requires 100% onsite availability in Jacksonville, FL (32202). We are looking for a full-time, on-site Technology Solutions Consultant who will play a pivotal role in coaching, training, and mentoring financial advisors and team members in our local network, district, and detached offices.

About the Role

The Technology Solutions Consultant is not just a job; it's an opportunity to make a real impact! Your mission? To build strong relationships with advisors, teams, and network office leadership, delivering tailored consulting that aligns digital strategies with specific business objectives.

By championing the adoption of Northwestern Mutual’s technology suite, you will transform advisor practices, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement across all organizational levels.

Your Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with financial advisors (FA), FA teams, and network office (NO) leadership, focusing on understanding their business objectives and support needs.
  • Guide advisors and teams in effectively utilizing Northwestern Mutual’s technology tools to enhance client-advisor experiences and boost productivity.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the insurance and investment sales cycles to seamlessly integrate technology into business processes.
  • Utilize consulting strategies to showcase technology benefits, ensuring clear communication for maximum understanding.
  • Collect and relay feedback from advisors and teams to Home Office leadership, ensuring technology solutions meet user needs.
  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest simple technology applications to improve advisor practices.
  • Participate in planning sessions to support goal achievement and learn strategic methods to increase productivity and client satisfaction.
  • Deliver training on technology best practices, facilitating classes to promote effective tool usage.
  • Assist in preparing users for new technology deployments through training and communication of benefits.
  • Track engagement activities and attend training sessions to expand your knowledge and skills.
  • Be prepared for travel based on supported offices.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience, including consultation experience in financial services or a similar industry.
  • Experience in coaching and training professionals.
  • Strong understanding of sales-focused software technology and its benefits.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to consult and drive measurable improvements in an outcome-based model.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate groups effectively.
Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Range:

Pay Range - Start: $60,340.00

Pay Range - End: $

Geographic Specific Pay Structure:

Structure 110: $66,360.00 USD - $ USD

Structure 115: $69,370.00 USD - $ USD
