Job Description
  • Responsible for the management of all e-commerce platforms, including set-up sales platforms, order fulfillment, reports generation, and other e-commerce business including marketing campaigns. Co-ordinate, produce and update contents on the company’s digital platforms.
  • Manage and enhance end-to-end customer experience across various channels and customer touch points
  • Online Order Fulfillment
    • Orders processing and scheduling of deliveries for various e-commerce channels (e.g., Lazada, Shopee etc.) in a timely and accurately manner.
    • Follow up on any product returns received from the e-commerce channels.
    • Handle all customers’ enquiries received via the e-commerce channel’s online chat, product Q&A including providing service recovery as and when necessary.
    • Attend to customers’ order related issues (e.g., missing/ damaged parcel etc.) in a timely manner with lead times.
  • Set-up and manage website and e-commerce sales/promotion
    • Manage and assist in the product content, images, inventory, promotion mechanics and pricing update/upload on the eCommerce Channels and to ensure all information are always updated and inventory are well-stocked.
    • Constantly monitor inventory levels in e-commerce platforms and update if required to avoid “Sold out” status if stocks are still available.
    • Regularly update and ensure adequate inventory for e-commerce platforms and liaise with warehouse for replenishment if required. To de-list product listings if stocks run out.
    • Overall manage / edit product descriptions and pictures for online platforms.
    • Assist with updates to our e-commerce website.
    • Promote and manage online sales and presence.
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights.
    • Competitor monitoring and suggestions on improvements for an optimum customer experience.
    • Liaise and work with our company’s vendor on our e-commerce digital marketing initiatives.
  • Social Media campaign
    • Receive and response customer inquiries and concern. Provide customer support through phone, webchat and email.
    • Develop with management and execute online high traffic / sales acquisition opportunities through both online and/or offline activities and campaigns.
    • Measure and report performance of all campaigns, and assess against goals.
    • Work with company’s collaborated vendors to ensure smooth implementation of marketing campaigns including live streams.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
