Testing and Quality Assurance Analyst (Prosci, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma) - Remote across Canada

Job Description : Our client is looking for a Testing and Quality Assurance Analyst (Prosci, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma) - Remote across Canada.

Must Have Primary Skills :

  • Valid Prosci Organizational Change Management (OCM) certification.
  • Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification.
  • Valid Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • 15 years’ experience as a quality assurance analyst in a healthcare environment, including executing testing, creating test cases, and test objectives.
  • 2 years’ experience with alarm integration systems (example: Rauland, Phillips) in an acute healthcare setting.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

  • 3 years’ experience testing Vocera system solutions in an acute healthcare setting.
  • 3 years’ experience testing integration between healthcare information systems using the HL7 integration standard with information systems implemented in a clinical environment.
  • 3 years’ experience using software testing tools to track defects (example: JIRA).

Proven Experience In :

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive testing activities, including test planning, test case development, test execution, and defect management.
  • Create and maintain detailed test cases, test objectives, and testing documentation aligned with healthcare standards and clinical workflows.
  • Validate system integrations and alarm solutions within acute healthcare environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality assurance best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support healthcare delivery transformation by enabling efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
  • Identify, track, and report defects, risks, and quality issues, ensuring timely resolution.
