Une société de logiciels recherche un agent
· e de soutien – niveau 2 pour offrir un soutien expert aux utilisateurs de ses logiciels. Ce poste, basé à Montréal, est 100% à distance. Les principaux défis incluent la résolution de problèmes complexes et l'analyse des demandes de service. Les candidats doivent posséder au moins deux ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle, ainsi qu'un DEC ou BAC en administration des affaires.
La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est requise.
