Data Solutions Architect - Belron Canada

As a Data Solutions Architect , you will define and shape the strategic architecture for data management and BI solutions across our IT landscape. You’ll ensure compliance, scalability, and innovation while driving the evolution of our information systems. This role combines vision, technical expertise, and leadership to deliver high-performing, sustainable solutions that empower business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and define the architecture for enterprise data management and business intelligence solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop detailed functional and technical designs.
Guarantee the quality, efficiency, and long-term sustainability of data and BI solutions.
Lead the implementation of data-related solutions for projects and oversee successful deployment.
Document and continuously improve system architecture and data topology.
Establish principles and best practices for data governance and management.
Contribute to roadmaps, feasibility studies, and strategic initiatives.
Guide and support the evolution of operational systems.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
5–10 years of experience in architecture, modeling, and governance for master data management and BI.
Strong expertise in MDM and BI technologies.
Technical knowledge (a plus): AWS Data Stack, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, Snowflake, Informatica.
Experience in retail and distribution (an asset).
Collaborative mindset with rigor and adaptability.
Strategic thinker with proven leadership skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.
