• Fully remote working within the UK
• Salary range of £35–48k
• Core working hours of 9:00–5:30pm with a 4:00pm finish on Fridays
• Strong emphasis on learning, development, and upskilling
• Regular social meet-ups and team catch-ups
• Ongoing one-to-ones and technical support from the CTO

You’ll join a close-knit engineering team working across both frontend and backend systems, contributing to the development of modern, scalable web applications.

This is a mid-level role suited to someone who enjoys variety in their work, is comfortable sharing ideas, and thrives in a collaborative environment where personality and communication are just as important as technical capability. While the role is fully remote, regular in-person socials and close collaboration with the CTO mean candidates based in the West Midlands are strongly preferred.

• Commercial experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Developer
• Frontend experience with either Vue.js or React
• HTML and CSS with a solid understanding of responsive design
• Comfortable working across varied codebases and technologies
• Enthusiasm for learning new tools, frameworks, and best practices

• Experience working across multiple projects or client-facing environments
• Exposure to modern development workflows and tooling
• Confident communicator who enjoys contributing ideas and solutions
