Job ObjectivesResponsible for supporting, installing, troubleshooting, and solving IT system, Network, and Servers. Also manage the day‑to‑day running business operation to enhance the customer Experience & ensure smooth & efficient service delivery.
Functional Responsibilities- Responsible for IT warehouse & IT Store.
- Responsible entire organization active directory & Office 365.
- Responsible for preparation and configuration of IT equipment’s such as computers, mobiles, iPads, printers, switches, routers, etc.
- Configure and maintain infrastructure services such as Active directory, DNS, DHCP, NTP, FTP and SQL database.
- Deployment of windows operating systems such as windows 11 and windows server 2019 across network devices.
- Deployment of Linux operating systems such as Centos, Redhat & Ubuntu etc…
- Responsible for backup for files using Veeam backup Software.
- Work with Manage Engine Service Desk system.
- Work with Manage Engine Endpoint Central system.
- Work with Fortigate Firewall & create VPN congratulation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Work with Nutanix Hyperconverged & AHV Hypervisor (Create & Manage VM’s).
- Provide end users support related issues and service desk for all IT services and for all users in Headquarters and Remote offices in KSA.
- Strong experience in managing and troubleshooting networks problems (LAN, WAN, Wireless) and networking devices faults (Switches, Routers).
- Assist in IT ticket management, categorization, and handling to ensure resolving within SLA or to elevate to concerned teams on time.
- Coordinate with IT Corporate team for any major issues.
- Coordinate of IT changes including software, hardware, or process.
- Work with vendors and participate in RFPRFQ evaluation and assessment for software hardware expansion or replacement to ensure cost reduction and performance enhancement.
- Monitor network security and related certificates and assist in ensuring company compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Responsible for IT Service Management and its related processes:
Incident management, Request Fulfillment, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management. - Install security measures and operate software to protect systems and information infrastructure, including firewalls and data encryption programs.
- Stay up to date on information technology trends and security standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge of key IT management processes and industry frameworks.
- Certified ITIL Foundation or Intermediate preferred.
- Minimum 3 Years of experience in relevant fields.
- Team and projects management.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Ability to perform under work pressure.
