Operations & Systems Coordinator (Remote)

Talent Pop supports over 700 e-commerce brands by building strong remote teams and smart internal systems. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an Operations & Systems Coordinator to help clean up workflows, improve documentation, and ensure our tools and processes support how teams work day to day.

This role is ideal for someone who naturally asks, “There has to be a better way to do this.”

• Keep internal processes organized, documented, and easy to follow
• Review workflows across teams and identify inefficiencies or gaps
• Support improvements to systems and workflow automations
• Partner with team leads to roll out clearer, simpler ways of working
• Maintain SOPs and ensure documentation stays current as the company grows

• At least 1 year of experience in process improvement, operations support, or project coordination
• At least 1 year of hands-on workflow automation experience using tools such as Hub Spot, Zapier, Make, n8n, Go High Level , or similar platforms

• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Experience supporting internal systems or cross-functional workflows

• Enjoys organizing complexity into clear systems
• Communicates clearly and follows through on commitments
• Proactively identifies opportunities to improve how work gets done
• Prefers practical solutions over over engineering
