Lead, Key Accounts, Oncology, Turkey

The Lead, Key Accounts Oncology position is located in Istanbul, Türkiye within the Sales Department. The role reports directly into the Lead, Oncology Sales and will be an individual contributor. You will be accountable for the development of, and execution of, market access strategies that ensure optimal coverage, reimbursement, and utilization of the company s products, ultimately driving patient access and commercial success.

• Indirectly contribute to achieving periodic/annual targets (units, market share, growth) in the assigned territory through effective promotional activities
• Plan for key accounts, develop projects, and implement them to achieve promotion, market share, and growth targets
• Manage and monitor tenders; conduct regular visits to hospitals that procure through tenders
• Ensure that the product for which they are responsible for promotion is included in the “essential medicines” list of the relevant units, and maintain communication with local peripheral warehouses
• Conduct effective visits to physicians/pharmacies in their region to build long-term relationships and follow up on business outcomes
• Actively monitor, evaluate, and regularly report to their manager on conducted visits, regional trends, and market dynamics

• Preferably experienced in a similar position within the pharmaceutical industry
• Must have Experience in the field of Medical Oncology

  Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university faculty or equivalent

• This is a Permanent Full-time position.
