Business Application Specialist

Your responsibilities:

• Lead the evolution and development of our core business applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 , Atoss , and other integrated systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and modern programming frameworks.
• Implement and maintain API integrations between business systems to enhance data flow and process automation.
• Contribute to the development of AI agents and intelligent assistants that support business operations and user experience.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable application solutions.
• Manage and coordinate application-related projects , ensuring delivery quality, timelines, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities and implementing innovative digital solutions.
• Provide second- and third-level support for business applications when necessary.
• Maintain documentation, audit readiness, and reporting for all application processes and integrations.

Your profile:

• Proven experience in application development, system integration , or software engineering (e.g. Power Platform, C#, Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Experience with API design and integration (REST, Graph API, etc.) and automation tools .
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft solutions (365 suite) with practical experience in AI agent development
• Familiarity in the Swiss staffing industry is an advantage.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and good knowledge of French or German (B1 level or higher)
