Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Conversion Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes tracking, attribution, and performance optimization. You will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing conversion tracking across Google, Meta, and Bing, while ensuring seamless integration with multiple CRMs.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in conversion setup, understands the full customer journey, and knows how to translate data into improved campaign performance for lead generation and e-commerce funnels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and troubleshoot conversion tracking across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads.
- Implement and manage pixels, tags, events, and server-side tracking where required.
- Integrate advertising platforms with CRMs such as Hub Spot, Go High Level , Click Up, Zephyr, and similar tools.
- Ensure accurate data flow between ad platforms, landing pages, and CRMs.
- Optimize conversion events to improve campaign performance and attribution accuracy.
- Work closely with media buyers and marketers to align tracking with funnel strategy.
- Analyze conversion data to identify drop-offs, opportunities, and optimization insights.
- Maintain best practices for data accuracy, compliance, and platform updates.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in conversion tracking, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads conversion setup.
- Proven experience integrating ad platforms with CRMs (Hub Spot, Go High Level , Click Up, Zephyr, or similar)
- Deep understanding of pixels, tags, events, and attribution models.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and performance improvement.
- Ability to diagnose and fix tracking issues quickly and accurately.
- Familiarity with full-funnel tracking from awareness through conversion.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with server-side tracking or Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of lead generation and e-commerce funnels.
- Experience working in a remote or agency environment.
