This consultant is a member of Workday’s APAC Global Services organization, passionate about the implementation of our Financial Management cloud-based software. This role works with our evolving reporting and analytics product portfolio featuring products such as Workday reporting tools, Prism Analytics, and Accounting Center. The role collaborates with the client’s project team to design and tailor customer analytics strategy, understand pain points, and deliver analytic and reporting solutions that meet customer needs.

Knowledge of core design principles, data modelling, and reporting patterns, plus customer-facing experience and a successful track record of delivery, is required.

• Design, develop, and deploy analytic and reporting solutions for Workday customers.
• Help clients resolve analytic and reporting issues associated with the Workday application.
• Demonstrate significant analytic or reporting experience in Accounting & Financial Management and related domains.
• Work on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously across multiple countries.
• Deliver on assigned schedules to ensure project timelines are met.
• Contribute to the customer experience to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively in a diverse, fast-paced environment across teams.
• Be a great teammate who helps improve how we serve customers across the organization.
• Mentor and share best practices with team members.

• 7+ years Data Modelling Experience
• 4+ years Financial reporting or Workday Reporting Experience
• 3+ years of Prism or similar data merging experience

• Understanding of APAC countries Financial business practices and typical reporting needs in Finance
• General understanding of APIs
• Proficiency in Mandarin or any ASEAN languages
• General understanding of Security/Data Governance
• Strong technical problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Exceptional research skills and resourcefulness
• Good Consulting & presentation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
• Motivated to understand various technologies used at Workday
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organisation skills
