Role SummaryManages and supports Exchange Online and on-premises environments, ensuring email services are secure, reliable, and optimized for business needs.
Responsibilities- Administer Exchange Online and on-premises servers
- Manage mail flow, security, and compliance
- Troubleshoot and resolve email-related incidents
- Perform migrations and upgrades
- Monitor system health and performance
- Document configurations and changes
- Expertise in Exchange Online and Exchange Server
- Understanding of email security and compliance
- Scripting skills (Power Shell preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Degree in IT/Computing or equivalent
- Microsoft Certified:
Exchange Online Administrator Associate
- 7+ years managing Exchange environments
- Experience with hybrid deployments and migrations
- Advanced administration of Exchange Online and Exchange Server
- Hybrid Exchange deployments and migrations
- Power Shell scripting
- Email security and compliance
- Integration with Active Directory and Azure AD
