Business Systems Analyst

Our client is a growing financial services organization with approximately 200 employees distributed across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology solutions. This role will focus on analyzing business needs, optimizing Net Suite processes, and delivering system enhancements that drive efficiency and support growth.

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and other departments
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through Net Suite optimization
• Design functional specifications for system enhancements, customizations, and integrations
• Work closely with Net Suite Administrators and Developers to implement solutions
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet business requirements
• Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials
• Provide analytical support for system-related projects and initiatives
• Generate insights through data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making
• Troubleshoot complex business process issues and recommend solutions
• Train end-users on new functionality and best practices

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in financial services
• Strong experience working with Net Suite ERP (essential requirement)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation
• Experience with process mapping and workflow design
• Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
