Project Managers; Remote

One of our clients is seeking experienced Project Management Specialists to support a leading AI research lab focused on advancing next-generation machine learning systems
. This engagement applies real-world project management expertise to analyze, structure, and solve operational and workflow challenges that inform AI research and system evaluation.

This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute directly to innovative AI initiatives in a fully remote, project-based environment.

• Create structured tasks and professional deliverables based on common project management scenarios
• Analyze project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination workflows
• Review and refine AI-generated project management content for clarity, accuracy, and real-world applicability
• Provide domain-specific insights to identify gaps, limitations, or inconsistencies in AI system outputs
• Apply consistent quality standards across all deliverables

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in project management or a closely related field
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, cross-functional coordination, and delivery practices
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment

• Fully remote, independent contractor role
• Expected workload of approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 30+ hours
• Immediate project start
• Initial project duration of approximately 3-4 weeks, with potential extension based on project needs and performance

• Hourly compensation aligned with role scope, experience, and applicable local labor standards
• Weekly payments based on services rendered
• Engagement structured as an independent contractor arrangement, subject to applicable local laws and regulations
