Overview
Our client, a leading global institution in alternative investments based in Schwyz/Switzerland, are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join their team and make a real impact. In this role, you'll help drive and optimise the firm's workflows - leading SQL development across integration, reconciliation, and data quality. You'll enhance interfaces with cross-functional teams, build smart intergrations with modern tools, and ensure systems remain reliable and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal teams to oversee the full software development lifecycle.
- Build and optimise advanced T‑SQL queries to support database interfaces across data integration, reconciliation, master data management, and data quality initiatives.
- Partner closely with other application and platform teams to enhance and maintain interfaces.
- Use low‑code solutions to design and implement system integrations and reconciliation workflows.
- Produce clear, structured, and comprehensive documentation for technical processes and implementations.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure scalability, stability, and overall system reliability.
- 6+ years of extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with T‑SQL and Power BI.
- Proven application management expertise with hands-on experience in application development, ideally the whole SDLC.
- Prior exposure to the financial industry is a nice to have.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English;
German language skills are a plus. - Hands-on mentality with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results.
- Experience in software development is a strong plus.
