Senior E-commerce UI Designer - Remote

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting high-performing Shopify experiences that enhance user engagement and drive conversions. Your hands-on and design-led approach will ensure that not only are designs visually compelling but also functionally effective.

Collaborating closely with developers and marketers, you ll transform ideas into production-ready designs that truly resonate with users. A deep understanding of online consumer behavior and the intricacies of user experience design will be paramount to your success in this role.

• Design conversion-focused Shopify website experiences from concept to final UI
• Create clear UX flows based on business and marketing goals
• Design homepage, collection, and product page layouts
• Design marketing banners, promotional assets, and supporting visuals
• Design email visuals and layouts aligned with website branding
• Build and maintain clean, scalable design systems in Figma
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are buildable and accurately implemented
• Iterate designs based on feedback, performance insights, and project goals
• Maintain a consistently high level of detail across all deliverables
• Clearly explain design decisions, UX rationale, and conversion logic

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or e-commerce design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (UX flows, UI systems, components, auto-layout)
• Strong experience designing e-commerce websites, preferably Shopify
• Clear understanding of the online buying journey and conversion principles
• Excellent eye for layout, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to design original concepts without relying on templates or UI kits
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end e-commerce design work
