About the JobThe Senior Solution Engineer (Pre‑Sales) – APAC is a regional technical revenue leader responsible for driving technical validation, deal acceleration, and solution strategy across enterprise and government accounts in APAC.
This role sits at the intersection of:
- Revenue strategy
- Deep technical credibility
- Complex deal execution

You will directly influence:
- Win rate
- Deal size
1. APAC Technical Deal Ownership
- Lead technical discovery and solution design across the full sales cycle
- Translate business risk into scalable workforce and security enablement programs
- Architect solutions across:
- Enterprise security workforce programs
- Red team / blue team enablement
- Cloud & offensive security tracks
- Act as the final technical authority on complex opportunities
- Partner with Account Executives on:
- Buying committee alignment
- Technical close plans
- Shape:
- Pilot success criteria
- Proactively remove technical objections that delay or kill deals
- Deliver:
- Executive solution walkthroughs
- Live technical demonstrations
- Architecture & capability reviews
- Security maturity workshops
- Adapt communication to:
- CISOs & CIOs
- Security architecture leadership
- SOC & Red Team management
- Build deep insight across:
- Energy
- Telco
- Critical infrastructure
- Act as technical escalation for:
- Global system integrators
- Support partner technical certifications and enablement
- Provide continuous field intelligence into:
- Product management
- Identify:
- 7+ years experience in:
- Cybersecurity engineering
- Pre‑sales / Solutions Engineering
- SOC, incident response, red team, or security architecture
- Proven experience presenting to:
- Enterprise CISO‑level buyers
- Government security stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of:
- Cloud security fundamentals
- Modern threat landscapes
- Understands buying urgency vs technical depth
- Hands‑on background in:
- Penetration testing
- Security architecture
- Threat hunting
- Red/Blue team leadership
- Experience with:
- Learning platforms & certification frameworks
- Off Sec certifications are a strong plus
- Commercially sharp
- Technically authoritative
- Outcome‑driven
- Comfortable with executives and practitioners
- Self‑directed with extreme ownership mentality
- Calm under high deal pressure
- Full‑time, permanent role
- Fully remote within APAC
- Flexible working hours aligned to deal activity
- Regular travel for:
- Strategic accounts
- Major industry events
This role is a full‑time salaried position. Work hours for this position are flexible and will be performed from a home office.
